SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP

In order to join the society of alternative erotica SM-Art (hereinafter the society), registration in the society is mandatory by filling out the declaration of membership. (Membership is per person).

All information about members is confidential and managed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to join our association, you must meet the following conditions:

• you must be over 18 years old

• you have already attended any event organized by the association at least once, i.e. you have already been personally present at one of the events. You can also join when visiting the event at the event itself.

• you have paid the membership fee for the current year.

The membership fee is €100 per year. It is paid for the current year and is the same regardless of the month of payment or start of membership.
To renew the membership, the membership fee must be paid by January 31 of the current year.

Members are obliged to work for the benefit of the association and must not in any way harm the reputation of the association or its name.

By completing the declaration of accession, the member undertakes to follow the rules and statutes of the association.

Membership is valid until the member cancels at his own request or due to violation of the statute, violation of the rules of the association or due to unpaid membership fee for the current year.

Membership alone does not bring special benefits and is intended for people who want to achieve something more in sexuality and erotica and want to socialize with people with the same interests. However, our members have the option of using an individual flat-rate rental of space (studio), which non-members do not have.
With membership or donations, you help the association achieve its goals.
